To ensure your first appointment runs smoothly, please note the following:
- Online booking for all services we offer (with or without a prescription).
- Statutory health insurance prescriptions must start with the first appointment within 28 calendar days — otherwise the prescription becomes invalid.
- For home visit requests please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
- We are happy to answer any questions via WhatsApp or email.
