Statutory insurance (prescription)
- Treatment on medical prescription (physio, manual therapy, MET) – billed directly with your insurer.
- You only pay the statutory 10 % co-payment per session plus a €10 prescription fee (if you are liable for co-payments).
- 15 minutes treatment time per HMR guideline – double sessions available on medical order.
- The detailed 45-minute assessment is not part of the statutory catalogue but can be added as a self-pay service at the start of the prescription series.
Private & without prescription
- Private patients receive an invoice according to the fee agreement at the end of the treatment.
- Reimbursement depends on your policy – we issue the invoice so you can submit it directly.
- Without a prescription we treat you in direct access as sector-specific health practitioners.
Employers’ liability insurance (BG)
- Treatment after occupational accident or disease – billed directly with your employers’ liability insurance association (BG / DGUV).
- Important for athletes: injuries in training, competition or from overload are often covered by the relevant sports accident insurance / BG.
- We take care of cost estimates, treatment plans and direct billing with the BG.
- Please report the accident to your BG and your transit doctor first and bring the approval certificate to your first appointment.
Payment online by card or on site by debit card, credit card and invoice.
On request you receive a written cost estimate before your appointment.
