Training with therapeutic precision
Medical Equipment Training combines the effectiveness of classic physiotherapy with the stimulus density of modern training therapy. You work on medical equipment under direct guidance – without getting lost between dumbbells alone.
Every session follows an individual plan matched to your assessment, load capacity and goal. We progress intensity, volume and complexity so your body receives stimuli it can absorb – and gets stronger in the process.
